Made from authentic handwoven pure silk Ikat fabric with handwoven cotton lining and handwoven pure dupion silk backing.

To create Ikat fabric, the pattern is tied and dyed onto the yarns prior to weaving. Later, when the warp and weft intersect, the pattern is revealed. This process creates the characteristic 'blurred edge' motifs.
